Darryl Neier Earns Certified Criminal Justice Specialist Credential and Completes Crisis Intervention Training
March 2026 — Darryl Neier, the Managing Member of DLG has been certified as a Certified Criminal Justice Specialist (CCJS) by the National Association of Forensic Counselors (NAFC) in March 2026. This certification recognizes advanced knowledge and professional competency in criminal justice, forensic counseling, and related investigative and behavioral disciplines.
The Certified Criminal Justice Specialist designation is awarded to professionals who demonstrate specialized training and expertise in areas such as criminal behavior, investigative processes, and the intersection of mental health and the justice system.
In addition to this certification, Darryl Neier successfully completed a 40-hour Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) program in February 2026 through the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA). The CIT program provides advanced instruction in recognizing and responding to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises, de-escalation techniques, and improving outcomes for community members and first responders.
